We’re an established outsourcing agency looking for a dependable and experienced General Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a solid track record on Upwork, understands the platform’s best practices, and is comfortable handling a wide range of admin and coordination tasks. This is a long-term opportunity to become part of a collaborative team where your input and initiative are valued. Responsibilities: • Support agency operations with general administrative tasks (emails, scheduling, file management, etc.) • Monitor and manage Upwork activity: job searches, proposal submissions, and follow-ups • Communicate with clients and freelancers professionally on behalf of the agency • Help with onboarding new freelancers into our agency structure • Maintain project tracking and documentation using tools like Trello, Notion, or Asana • Perform research and assist in lead generation or client outreach when needed Requirements: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a strong Upwork background • Familiarity with Upwork agency structures, proposal writing, and client communication • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive • Comfortable using collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.) Nice to Have: • Experience with CRM tools or basic social media scheduling • Previous experience working in or managing remote teams • Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, ChatGPT, or automation tools like Zapier
