The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Joomla upgrades (J3 to J4 or J5), template customization, extension development, and performance optimization. Responsibilities: - Upgrade Joomla websites from older versions (J3 to J4/J5) while ensuring minimal downtime. - Customize and optimize Joomla templates and extensions. - Troubleshoot and fix bugs, compatibility issues, and security vulnerabilities. - Improve site performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness. - Implement security best practices to prevent hacks and vulnerabilities. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance as needed.
