We’re looking for a seasoned Shopify Developer to migrate Satechi.net from a headless setup to a native Shopify theme with fully localized stores for Canada, the UK, the EU, and Japan. This role blends in-depth Shopify expertise, an eye for design, and a knack for international e-commerce best practices. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: • Theme Rebuild: Transform our current website into a customizable, high-performance Shopify theme that mirrors our design and UX. • Store Migration: Move products, blog posts, media, and more, ensuring SEO continuity with proper redirects. • Localization & Multi-Store: Configure local domains, currencies, tax settings, payment gateways, and shipping options specific to each region. • App & Plugin Integration: Reinstate essential apps (reviews, search, subscriptions), analytics codes (GA4, Facebook, TikTok), and marketing tools. • Performance & UX Enhancements: Optimize site navigation, speed, checkout experience, and region-based promotions. Requirements: • Hands-on Shopify migration and theme customization experience (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Familiarity with Shopify Markets for multi-currency and multi-store setups. • Experience in international e-commerce, including localization and SEO best practices. • Strong communication skills and a track record of hitting deadlines.
