Job Title: Expert Bubble.io & AI Consultant for Psychology Practice Workflow Automation Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Bubble.io consultant with expertise in AI integration to help us develop a streamlined, interactive, and error-proof system for our psychology practice. The system must be stable, long-term, and require minimal maintenance while seamlessly integrating with Practice Fusion (PF) and optimizing clinical documentation workflows. Scope of Work: The consultant will work closely with us to build a Bubble-based solution that replicates and improves upon our current text expander software, ensuring efficiency while eliminating clutter. The final product should facilitate structured documentation using checkboxes, AI-generated content suggestions, and error-prevention mechanisms. The key responsibilities include: Diagnosis & Documentation Automation Providers will input diagnoses, and AI will suggest checkboxes with diagnostic criteria (slightly shortened but maintaining integrity for compliance). AI alerts providers if criteria are unmet but allows them to set a threshold. AI synthesizes diagnoses and generates 5–6 likely presenting symptoms for selection. AI suggests treatment interventions based on the diagnosis combination. System includes assessment checkboxes for orientation and memory. AI provides alternative adjectives if providers request different wording. Seamless Integration & Synchronization with Practice Fusion (PF) The system must sync bidirectionally with PF for diagnoses, treatment goals, and other relevant data. Providers can manually trigger updates if needed. AI will alert providers if treatment goals require review or updating. Bubble will carry over medical data from PF to ensure providers can reference and update it as needed. AI should prevent Z codes from being used as billable diagnoses. Medical Diagnosis Extraction & Optimization Providers copy/paste medical diagnoses from facility EHRs, often containing excessive information (dates, provider names, non-relevant details). AI should extract only the ICD-10 codes and descriptions while retaining essential practice-specific verbiage. If character limits in PF are exceeded, the system should notify providers and offer overflow storage options. Workflow Enhancements Bubble should present providers with medical diagnoses not yet used in the behavioral medicine section, helping them select a new assessment-related diagnosis. The system should prevent duplicate or outdated diagnoses from cluttering records. AI should help filter through copied EHR data, retaining only relevant information while removing unnecessary text. Gender and industry-specific phrasing should be intelligently integrated into generated content. Testing & Post-Launch Support A one-month testing phase will allow for adjustments, refinements, and troubleshooting before full rollout. The system must be designed for long-term stability, requiring minimal ongoing maintenance. After project completion, PRN (as-needed) support should be available for additional consulting (separate from the main contract). Consultant Requirements: Proven experience building advanced Bubble.io applications with AI integration. Strong understanding of EHR/EMR systems, ideally including Practice Fusion. Ability to develop stable, scalable, and user-friendly systems. Experience in medical or psychology-related documentation workflows is a plus. Excellent English communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Open to involving subcontractors as needed, provided they adhere to PHI and IP rules. Ability to provide contingency plans if direct PF-Bubble integration is not fully possible. Budget & Payment Structure: Fixed project budget: Up to $15,000.
