Our website provides videos teaching fashion design to paid subscribers. We need someone who can work with the IT personnel at large, subscribing organizations to assure that their members both properly authenticate themselves and gain secure access to our site. Many of our largest subscribers use remote user authentication services provided by EZproxy or OpenAthens. It is important that the person we hire is familiar with these and other similar, remote user authentication services. This is a long-term, part-time position. Based on past experience, we’ll probably call on you to provide these services roughly every 3 months, mostly working alone but occasionally working with our web dev. If you are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of user authentication and website access security, we want to hear from you!
