Migrate a crew team website to a new Wordpress Host

We have a relatively full website hosted on TeamSnap (www.abcrewteam.org) that we need to migrate to BlueHost Wordpress. The TeamSnap implementation of Wordpress does not allow for the migration to take place automatically, and we would also like to upgrade the website in a few ways. We would like someone to setup the Wordpress theme, get a couple of pages started up and then parent volunteers will be able to take over the rest of the migration from there. The project should be completed in a few weeks and we need it done by mid-March 2025.
