Help me clean up and connect api endpoints between web, ios and android

hi, i have built out comprehensive fitness/health app for ios android and web and im looking to be able to properly connect them and make sure all the end points are working between the devices. right now, web is working properly but it needs to be optimized to get a better lighthouse score. I will need to make sure all the api point are working and connected on mobile as well please let me know if you can help
