We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented female to join our all-female team. Responsibilities Research trending YouTube video topics and formats within specific niches. Develop YouTube content strategies that boost views, subscribers, and retention. Write compelling, structured scripts that maintain viewer engagement. Optimize scripts for storytelling, audience retention, and SEO. Analyze top-performing videos to refine future strategies. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm high-impact video ideas. Stay up to date on YouTube algorithm updates and content trends. Experience Proven experience in YouTube content strategy and long-form scriptwriting. Ability to research trending topics and translate them into engaging scripts. Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, audience retention strategies, and storytelling techniques. Experience using YouTube Studio and analytics tools to track performance. Excellent research and storytelling skills. Strong communication and ability to collaborate effectively.
