The goal is to craft high-quality content that aligns with Matt’s expertise and audience while maintaining a natural and engaging tone. Key Responsibilities: Research and write non-repetitive and concise LinkedIn posts (not overly lengthy). Ensure content is fresh, timely, and insightful—not outdated. Work closely with Matt’s EA for coordination, feedback, and topic direction. Incorporate feedback from Matt; occasional calls may be scheduled for deeper insights. Deliver 4 posts per week to maintain consistency and relevance. No need to post directly on LinkedIn or create visuals, but posts with data may require light formatting or structuring. Payment & Schedule: Flexible payment structure: weekly or monthly—whichever suits the content creator. Posts should be delivered weekly to ensure freshness. Ideal Candidate: Strong research and writing skills with an engaging and professional tone. Experience writing LinkedIn-style thought leadership content. Ability to work independently while incorporating feedback effectively. Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
