Job Overview: We are seeking a talented freelancer to develop engaging communication and content marketing materials tailored to various stages of our customer sequencing strategy. This project focuses on creating dynamic email content and social media posts that resonate with different segments of our audience, driving engagement and conversions. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for creating a master marketing calendar for both our B2B and B2C customers and executing campaigns in line with that schedule. Project Scope: 1. Email Content Creation: • New Leads: Develop a welcome series that introduces our brand, delivers value-driven content, and includes compelling case studies. • Engaged Leads: Craft personalized offers and follow-up emails that remind prospects of their past engagement and encourage further interaction. • Dormant Leads: Create re-engagement campaigns featuring limited-time offers, new feature highlights, and incentives to reactivate interest. • B2C Clients: Produce email content covering: • Registration Opening announcements • Registration drip campaigns • New class introductions and updates 2. Social Media & Blog Content: • Generate engaging posts that highlight student engagement, the impact of enrichment on development, and case studies. • Develop case studies and success stories that reinforce the value of our services. 3. Master Marketing Calendar & Campaign Execution: • Create a comprehensive master marketing calendar for our B2B and B2C customers, outlining key campaign dates, themes, and channels. • Execute and manage campaigns according to the calendar, ensuring timely and effective content delivery across all platforms. Key Deliverables: • A complete email series for each target audience segment (New Leads, Engaged Leads, Dormant Leads, and B2C Clients). • A content calendar or schedule detailing social media and blog post topics, formats, and publishing timelines. • Drafts of engaging social media posts and blog content that align with our brand voice and mission. • A master marketing calendar for B2B and B2C customers. • Execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns based on the established calendar. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in content marketing, email marketing, social media strategy, and campaign execution. • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create persuasive, audience-specific content. • Familiarity with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign management. • Strong organizational skills to develop and manage a master marketing calendar. • Ability to conduct research and incorporate case studies and value-driven insights into content. • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
