You will be on a team with one of the top media and marketing experts in the nation, as the CEO has been featured in major online and print publications such as Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Huffington Post. - The CEO has advised iconic Fortune 500 companies, celebrities, executives, and many non-profit organizations. He has played a pivotal role in the success of top-tier athletes, entrepreneurs, celebrities, influencers, and individuals.  Personality/Culture: -The CEO is looking for an expert "In House" media buyer that is driven by results & driven to scale the company with their experience. Success measurements will be based on performance results.  Requirements: - Highly proficient in Meta Ads ( FB/Instagram) - Experienced in Google Ads - Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) - Ability to build a data platform to track ad performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CPC, etc.) - Proven experience (2+ years) as a media buyer, preferably in the digital media space. - Exceptional analytical skills and a track record of delivering profitable ad campaigns. - Ability to negotiate effectively and manage budgets - Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Tualatin/Portland, Oregon area  Responsibilities: - Driving traffic, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring our media investments deliver top-tier ROI. - Create & Execute media buying campaigns & strategies on digital platforms (Primarily Instagram & Facebook, but potentially Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others). - Research and identify optimal media channels based on audience analysis and campaign objectives. - Monitor and optimize live campaigns, adjusting targeting, creative, and budget allocations for peak performance. - Conduct performance analysis, provide detailed reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. - Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities. - Collaborate closely with content, sales, and editorial teams to align ad campaigns with overall company goals.
