We organize about 10 high quality conferences and offsites for our executive members each year across many major cities in the US. Looking for someone to help support our conferences team with event coordination - everything from sourcing and vetting vendors, handling registration and attendee communication to assisting with managing print materials. This will require a high comfort level with communicating with vendors, managing data in spreadsheets and other databases, and organizing information. Some onsite support in San Francisco and New York City will be required as well.
