***Please ONLY APPLY if you have proven Senior Care marketing experience*** JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader with deep expertise in the senior care industry to drive brand growth and audience engagement for InCrowd, a cutting-edge platform transforming how senior service providers connect with families. This role requires more than just marketing execution—it demands a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who understands the nuances of the senior care space and can craft impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with both B2B providers and B2C families. If you have a proven track record in marketing for senior care, health tech, or marketplace platforms, this is your opportunity to own and lead a high-growth marketing strategy from the ground up. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience and a passion for executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including: 1.) Lead the Digital Marketing Strategy - Develop and execute a full-funnel, omni-channel marketing strategy tailored to the senior care industry. - Drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through a mix of paid, organic, and community-driven marketing. - Own messaging, positioning, and content strategy to establish InCrowd as a leader in the space. 2.) Build & Expand Brand Presence in the Senior Care Industry - Position InCrowd as a trusted platform for both senior service providers and families. - Develop industry-specific content (blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and video storytelling) to strengthen credibility. - Manage and grow social media communities across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. 3.) Execute Performance Marketing & SEO Growth - Lead and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns for maximum ROI. - Implement SEO and content marketing best practices to improve organic reach. - Monitor marketing analytics to make data-driven optimizations in real time. 4.) Develop Integrated B2B & B2C Campaigns - Craft marketing funnels tailored to senior care providers (B2B) and family caregivers (B2C) to drive adoption. - Leverage email marketing, partnerships, PR, and influencer collaborations to maximize reach. - Identify creative, cost-effective ways to engage and grow the platform's user base. 5.) Community Engagement & PR Outreach: - Develop partnerships and build relationships within the senior care space. - Execute email marketing, influencer outreach, and overall initiatives to drive awareness and credibility. 6.) Crowdfunding & Growth Hacking (Preferred, But Not Required): - Lead and optimize pre-launch engagement efforts for crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter, or equity-based funding). WHO "YOU" ARE: - A senior care marketing expert who understands the industry’s unique challenges, audience behaviors, and growth strategies. - A strategic thinker with hands-on expertise across social media, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing. - A growth-focused marketer with a track record of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for senior care, health tech, or marketplace startups. - Passion for the senior care space is essential; experience in crowdfunding, health tech, senior care, or marketplace platforms is highly preferred. - Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of the marketing function, with the drive to lead and innovate. TIMELINE: We are currently in talent exploration mode. If selected, you will lead and execute our marketing initiatives as we prepare for our 2026 launch.
