Looking for someone to fill a full time or part time position $2,000 per month running our Ads strictly on TikTok. Suppi is a fast-growing Gen Z-focused supplement brand designed for women, offering products that enhance sleep, energy, and overall well-being. Our brand has seen significant success on TikTok Shop, and we are now looking for an experienced TikTok advertising and performance marketing specialist to take full ownership of our paid campaigns, optimize performance, and drive consistent sales growth. This role requires an expert in TikTok Ads who understands the platform’s algorithm, best-performing creative strategies, and the nuances of running high-converting paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling TikTok ad campaigns, particularly for e-commerce brands, with a strong preference for those who have worked with supplement or wellness products. They should be comfortable managing ad spend efficiently, analyzing performance metrics in real-time, and making data-driven adjustments to ensure maximum return on investment. Beyond running TikTok ads, this role requires hands-on daily optimization and close communication with our team to refine targeting, creative strategies, and bidding structures. The candidate must be proactive in testing new ad creatives, implementing scaling strategies, and identifying opportunities to improve cost-per-acquisition while maintaining profitable ad performance. Since we already have TikTok Shop management covered, the primary focus of this role will be strictly on advertising and campaign optimization rather than store operations. The ideal candidate should be deeply familiar with TikTok’s advertising platform, including advanced targeting strategies, retargeting, audience segmentation, and bid management. They should also understand creative iteration, A/B testing, and performance-driven ad scaling. Experience with UGC-style ads, Spark Ads, and affiliate-driven ad strategies is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on campaign performance. This is a three-month contract requiring full-time dedication, with compensation based on experience and performance. If results are strong, there is potential to extend the role and increase responsibilities. Candidates should submit a portfolio or case studies demonstrating their experience in managing high-performance TikTok ad campaigns, ideally within the supplement, health, or wellness space. We are looking for a results-driven expert who can take full control of Suppi’s TikTok advertising strategy, optimize campaigns daily, and drive measurable growth through a combination of strategic media buying and creative execution.
