Job Title: Social Media Expert – Instagram Growth & Engagement (USA-Based) Job Type: Part-time (10-20 hours per week) About Us: We are a disruptive, luxury and affordable fashion hub and digital magazine aiming to inspire confidence and creativity. With a strong lineup of national writers and senior editors, we’re gearing up for an exciting launch. We're looking for a creative, data-driven social media expert to grow our Instagram from zero to 10K followers organically in one month. Responsibilities: Instagram Growth: Lead the organic growth strategy for our Instagram page to hit 10K followers within one month. Content Creation: Develop visually stunning posts, stories, reels, and potentially TikTok videos that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience (18-35, luxury and affordable fashion lovers). Engagement: Build authentic engagement with followers, influencers, brands, and editorial content sponsors. Data & KPI-Driven: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize strategies based on data analysis and insights. Trendspotting: Stay ahead of emerging trends, and incorporate them into content strategy to maintain relevance in the fashion and beauty space. Collaboration: Work closely with PR, brand partnerships, and editorial teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Qualifications: Proven experience in growing Instagram accounts (from zero to thousands of organic followers). Expertise in creating eye-catching and engaging visual content for posts, stories, and reels. Strong understanding of Instagram’s algorithm and how to leverage it for maximum engagement. Experience with TikTok content creation and growth (a plus). 100% KPI-driven with a deep understanding of data analysis and performance tracking. Strong creativity combined with a strategic approach to content planning and execution. Must be based in the USA and available to work 10-20 hours per week.
