The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals, particularly in the digital marketing, social media growth, or SaaS industry. You will be responsible for selling our premium Instagram growth and marketing services to business owners, influencers, and brands looking to scale their online presence. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of Instagram’s algorithm, and the ability to build trust with high-value clients. You will work closely with our marketing and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to deal closure. Key Responsibilities: As a High-Ticket Closer, you will conduct high-ticket sales calls with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored Instagram growth and marketing solutions. Your primary focus will be closing deals on premium packages, ensuring high client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will educate clients on the value of Instagram growth strategies, including content creation, audience engagement, paid advertising, and analytics, while providing expert advice on how Instagram marketing can drive ROI for their business. You will manage and nurture a pipeline of leads generated by the marketing team, following up with warm leads and converting them into paying clients. Building trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals, influencers, and business owners will be a key part of your role, as will maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaboration with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns is essential, as is providing feedback to the product team to improve service offerings based on client needs. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average deal size, and revenue generated. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a high-ticket closer, preferably in digital marketing, social media, or SaaS. A strong understanding of Instagram’s algorithm, growth strategies, and marketing tools is essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are required, as is the ability to build trust and credibility with high-value clients. The candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Instagram Ads Manager and analytics tools is highly desirable. Experience working with influencers, brands, or agencies is a plus, as is an understanding of other social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their integration with Instagram.
