Social Media pro to get music and videos onto PLAYLISTS

I have a rock band, named Chronic Syn, with a total of six songs and videos, and need help getting them onto Playlists, writing promotional text and maximizing SEO. We will release them digitally one at a time, then with the last song, will release Vinyl and CD versions containing all 6. Our first song was distributed by CD Baby a few months ago, and the first video is on YouTube. We have about 500 views but need to do much more to call attention to it. I am looking for a pro who can make sure our songs are available in the best way, on YouTube, Facebook, Spotify and all the major music and video sites, with an extra effort for French-speaking countries and music websites. Our main feature is that we are a French Rock band, singing in French and in English. Knowledge of French is helpful, but not essential. I am based in NYC and can do any translations you may need. I produced and engineered the project, in NYC. If you can help me with just the one next song, to organize a written system of lists that I can use to upload and promote the remaining songs myself, that could be all I need. This band is not planning to go out on tour or record any more songs, so this is not a long-term deal, although I do plan to release more material under other names. The six songs are 3 songs in their French version, then the same 3 songs in an English version, with nearly identical mixes. The final product will be a 3-song EP in French, another 3-song EP in English, then a vinyl edition with French on Side A and English on Side B. The music, photography, credits and packaging are identical, but bi-lingual. This has never been done before, so that is another angle to promote. Thank you!
