Create a Video for 'How-To..' for Staff - 30min or less

I will have photos and provide the voice note or transcription, whichever is best for you, for what is being explained in the photos. It will require some arrows or highlighting areas of the photos. I do need a voice explaining how to do the variety of tasks. I'd like to keep the video under 30 minutes with 15-20 minutes being ideal, but you and I can discuss the length based on material. The video is showing security guards how what to do during their shift when placed at our organization.
