Videographer Assistant for Corporate Conference in Miami Beach, FL on February 24 + 25

I will be filming and live streaming a corporate conference in Miami Beach, Florida on February 24 and 25 at a hotel. The February 24 date will have filming from 8:30AM-3:30PM (7 hours) and the the February 25 date will have filming from 8:30AM-12:30PM (4 hours). I will bring ALL the equipment used for this conference: 5 cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, audio recording gear, lighting. About 90% of the footage filmed will be filming seminars with 1-3 speakers presenting to a live audience of about 100-150 guests. This footage will be shot on my cameras on tripods in the back of the room. There will be a camera filming a close up each speaker and a wider shot that shows all speakers and the deck slide presentations. The wider shot will also be used for the livestream. Lastly, one camera will be on a gimbal getting B Roll footage which I would operate. I will set up everything. I need to hire a videographer assistant that will help me man/operate cameras on tripods and make sure that the speaker is in the frame. We will be filming with my Sony A7SIII cameras so I would prefer hiring someone who has experience with the Sony camera system. I need the videographer to make sure the speaker is centered in the frame, that they are in focus, that the exposure is good, and may need the videographer to pan and zoom if the speaker moves around the room. This is basic video coverage on tripods. The event will be semi business attire event so my assistant needs to come in wearing at least dress slacks, closed toe dress shoes and a collared button down shirt. I will be dressed in a black suit and tie but you do not need to be as formal me but you can't look casual.
