Job Title: Family Onboarding Specialist *Must Be Available 10am to 2pm* Overview of the Company: Neuronanny is a family-oriented company that values providing excellent care for children. We believe that every family deserves high-quality support and assistance, and we strive to provide that with our onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: - Create family profiles for candidates viewing, including families' work hours limited to 30-40 hours weekly. - Complete a family background check and enroll in the payroll system. - Assist families with creating family manuals, guidelines, and work/house rules. - Identify any special tasks or accommodations such as feeding procedures, etc. - Gather information on children's ages, interests, developmental stages, and social-emotional challenges. - Send a family welcome package with children's tee-shirts, water bottle or mug, and a pen. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Note: This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.
