Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who will be engaging and working with the CEO directly. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, efficient, and resourceful professional capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate the needs of our executives. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes. • Conduct research and provide executive summaries on various topics as needed. • Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations. • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls. • Oversee office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing files, and maintaining records. • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
