Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Operations Coordinator to support our behavioral health business. This role requires strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee HR’s tasks to completion, ensuring deadlines are met ✅ Track and follow up on employee performance metrics (attendance, responsibilities) ✅ Implement and manage an accountability system for key staff (HR & Claims) ✅ Keep workflows organized- project management ✅ Assist in streamlining processing and tracking ✅ Provide weekly reports and recommendations on operational bottlenecks Required Skills & Experience: ✔ 2+ years in an operations or administrative role (Operations/HR/Healthcare preferred) ✔ Experience with project management ✔ Strong communication skills to keep teams accountable ✔ Detail-oriented and excellent at follow-ups ✔ Experience with HR processes Other responsibilities may apply Preferred: ⭐ Background in healthcare, behavioral health ⭐ Understanding of aba and mental health practice operations
