Verifying phone numbers and email addresses - quick turnaround!

The project is to verify that phone numbers and emails belong to the people we think they do from an old list of campers who attended our camp programs over the last 25 years. It entails calling, emailing, texting and whatsapping to verify the information is linked to the person intended. BOTH phone numbers AND emails need verification (when provided). There are approximately 700 unique names to go through. This is a time sensitive job - we need the results within 5 days.
