Executive Assistant to Founder and President Part-Time (10-15 hours per week, with potential to grow) Nonprofit Organization – Supporting End-of-Life Care and Grievers Location: New Jersey (Remote/Hybrid Possible) Our nonprofit organization, dedicated to supporting individuals at the end-of-life and those experiencing grief, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder and President. This is a part-time position (10-15 hours per week) with the opportunity for growth as our organization expands. Responsibilities: * Access, review, and manage the Founder/President’s email inbox. * Draft and respond to emails, ensuring timely and professional communication. * Coordinate and schedule presentations, speaking engagements, and high-level donor meetings. * Maintain and update the Founder/President’s calendar, ensuring all appointments, deadlines, and events are accurately recorded. * Communicate key meeting outcomes across the organization to ensure clarity, alignment, and follow-up on action items. * Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring tasks resulting from leadership meetings are completed. * Act as a liaison between the Founder/President and internal staff, board members, donors, and external partners. Qualifications: * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Clear, concise, and professional communication skills (both written and verbal). * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, and SharePoint. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate the needs of leadership. * Experience working with nonprofits, especially in end-of-life care or grief support, is a plus. Position Details: * Hours: 10-15 hours per week to start, with potential for increased hours as organizational needs grow. * Compensation: Commensurate with experience. * Location: New Jersey (Remote/hybrid arrangements may be considered).
