I’m looking for a virtual assistant with bookkeeping and accounting experience to help me track expenses, manage financial records, and create/stay within a budget. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced with accounting software. Responsibilities: Recording and categorizing expenses Reconciling bank and credit card statements Creating and maintaining a monthly budget Providing financial summaries and reports Identifying areas to cut costs and optimize spending Assisting with tax preparation and organization Setting up financial tracking systems (if needed) Sending reminders for upcoming bills and payments Requirements: Experience in bookkeeping and accounting Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Wave, or other accounting software Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work periodically as needed Attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of tax deductions and financial best practices
