You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a robust network in relevant industries that can help us identify and engage potential partners for our webinars. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be crucial as you work to enhance our outreach efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: - **Partner Outreach**: Actively researching and reaching out to potential partners who align with our mission and goals. This involves crafting personalized outreach messages and following up to establish mutually beneficial collaborations. - **Webinar Scheduling**: Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to schedule webinars, ensuring that all logistical aspects are taken care of, including selecting suitable dates and times, and aligning on content and speakers. - **Event Logistics Management**: Overseeing all details related to the webinars, from initial planning stages through to execution. This includes managing registration processes, handling technical requirements, and ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are prepared in advance. - **Communication and Promotion**: Developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our webinars across various channels. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging promotional content that attracts attendees and maximizes participation. - **On-the-Day Coordination**: Taking charge during the webinars to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing the event flow, addressing any technical issues that arise, and facilitating Q&A sessions to encourage audience interaction. - **Post-Webinar Follow-Up**: Collecting feedback from attendees and partners, analyzing participation metrics, and preparing reports to evaluate the success of each webinar. Your insights will help us refine our approach and improve future events.
