Nanny Onboarding Specialist Company Overview: - Neuronanny is a company specializing in providing excellent care for families with children on the spectrum and Adhd in need of a nanny. We strive to match families with the most suitable caregivers to ensure the well-being and development of their children. Key Responsibilities: - Create a comprehensive digital profile for each candidate, highlighting their special skills, education, and talents that set them apart from other talent. - Gather information from candidates regarding additional tasks they are willing to provide to families, ensuring a clear understanding of their capabilities and limitations. - Collect and display information on candidate's vaccinations, ensuring the safety and health of the children under their care. - Facilitate the completion of personal goals and aspirations prompts, fostering a supportive environment for both the caregivers and the families. - Assist candidates in setting up payroll systems and email accounts, ensuring a smooth transition into their role as a nanny. Additionally, send them our welcome package consisting of a t-shirt, nanny notebook, and pen. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in onboarding or recruitment, preferably in the nanny or caregiving industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. - Attention to detail in creating comprehensive profiles and ensuring accurate information gathering. - Familiarity with payroll systems and basic administrative tasks is a plus.
