Responsibilities: - Manage client calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries. - Coordinate and organize travel documents, reservations, and confirmations. - Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and promptness. - Assist with email management, including prioritization, drafting, and follow-ups. - Create and maintain client profiles and preferences in CRM systems. - Provide general administrative support as needed. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms. - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. - Availability for 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility to meet client needs.
