About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Appointment Setter to help grow our client pipeline by engaging with prospects across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can use a variety of tools and strategies to book appointments with qualified leads. You'll play a key role in ensuring our calendar stays full so we can focus on closing deals. Responsibilities: Engage with prospects via Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and lead forms generated from ads. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and messages, guiding prospects to book calls. Conduct proactive prospecting on LinkedIn, Instagram, and through web searches to identify potential leads. Set up and execute cold email campaigns to drive new appointment opportunities. Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and status updates in our CRM. Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies and ensure lead quality. Stay up-to-date on industry trends to tailor messaging and increase appointment-setting success. Requirements: Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or similar roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with outreach on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and email. Highly organized with attention to detail for managing multiple leads simultaneously. Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Basic understanding of CRM systems (training provided if needed). Ability to research and find new prospects efficiently. Preferred Skills: Experience with cold email setup and execution. Knowledge of digital marketing or sales funnels.
