Um de nossos clientes enterprise, uma multinacional de produtos de saúde, está em busca de um PMO/Coordenador de Projetos Latam para um projeto de grande relevância para a área de Supply Chain da empresa, com duração de 6 meses a 1 ano. Job Description: Being LATAM Supply Chain / Deliver regional lead for a Medical Devices Oxygen’s Project. Oxygen is a strategical global project that will reduce waste, CO2 emissions and generate savings worldwide due to paper reduction on products. Candidate will lead project and be the point of contact between global team and regional multifunctional teams (Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Customer Services, etc.) And also, being the project representative to senior leadership (leading Steering Committees) Key Deliverables: -Guarantee flawless communication between all involved areas -Connecting with stakeholders and core team -Criating and executing clear presentations -Passing right visibility to Senior Leadership (Steering Committee) -Managing project timeline -Managing financial controls (savings and costs calculation) -Lead regional meetings -Being part of Global Core Team Experience/Knowledge Required: -Advanced level of English and Spanish is mandatory -Advanced level of MS Excel and PowerPoint are also mandatory. -Experience in participating / leading projects -Strong analytical and financial modeling ability combined with the ability to understand the business context behind decisions -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally; effective presentation skills -MS Project experience is a nice to have -Experience in Quality or Regulatory processes would also be nice to have Key Developmental Areas/Leadership Imperatives: Connect: Capacity to connect, understand and challenge with different areas, with different backgrounds.
