We are a Full-Service Digital Agency focused on Web Design, Development & Digital Marketing of B2B & B2C Platforms, and Sales Solutions. We are looking for a responsible individual who is willing to help us grow our business and closely cooperate with our senior team to improve our lead generation process and overall sales. You would join two of our members to perform lead generation, and cold calling, and offer our services to set appointments for our senior team. Requirements & Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate has experience in appointment setting with an understanding of the sales cycle and best practices when engaging in sales on the phone. Information technology industry experience in working at a consulting or software company is preferred. You will be selling Digital Services to B2B and B2C owners, even CTOs, so you have to have a firm grasp of the industry. An additional understanding of digital services such as web development or SEO is a plus, but we will teach the right candidate everything they need to know to be highly successful. Your day-to-day will involve the use of a CRM system and a web dialer to reach out to leads that have been nurtured through our marketing efforts. Once you get the right person on the phone you will be setting appointments for the executive team to speak with the prospect to uncover opportunities to partner with their organization relating to digital needs. A daily goal of a minimum of 100 numbers is to be called to the provided leads. However, we understand that, should you have to invest more time in a call because a lead is interested, you will want to invest more time in that conversation. In addition to hourly pay, we offer bonuses on quality appointments booked as well as on closed projects. For the right candidate, this could lead to a long-term position.
