What Are We Looking For? Ayala is seeking an exceptional Lead Generation Expert to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, as well as implementing effective SEO strategies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who takes initiative and is passionate about achieving our marketing goals, which includes driving legal leads in the form of more phone calls, emails, contact form submissions, etc. As well as boosting our website traffic. Responsibilities: -Generating legal leads for business, real estate, civil, and class actions litigation -Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads -Optimize ad campaigns to maximize return on investment, and increase leads as well as website traffic -Implement and continuously optimize A/B testing for all campaigns to maximize lead quality and volume -Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic -Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to guide marketing decisions -Generate clear monthly reports detailing campaign performance, budget allocation, and lead generation -Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to optimize ad creatives and achieve marketing goals -Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness Requirements: -Minimum 3 years of lead generation experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO campaigns -Proven track record of achieving results and increasing leads -Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools -Experience with Customer Relationship Management platform -Google Ads Certification and/or Facebook Certification -Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve marketing strategies -Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills -Fluent in English Preferred, But Not Required: -Familiarity with legal marketing or experience working in a law firm is a plus -Basic design skills and strong writing abilities are advantageous Benefits (After Probationary Period): -Quality health insurance policy -401k plan with company matching -8 paid holidays -Year-end bonus based on performance -15-day PTO/vacation days off Work Schedule: -Full-time position, Monday to Friday -Work hours: 9am to 5pm EST -Remote or in-office work options available As part of our marketing team, your primary goal will be to boost lead generation by crafting and optimizing new and existing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google and Facebook.
