We are a U.S.-Based eCommerce brand called Macondo Forever that sells luxury handwoven table decor made by artisans in Colombia. We are looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish) customer service agent located in Colombia with proven experience using Gorgias Helpdesk and Shopify. This is a part-time, long-term freelance opportunity with flexible hours. Your main role will be to respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media—using Gorgias. We expect you to handle order tracking, returns, product questions, and support tickets efficiently, all while maintaining a warm and professional tone. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, a strong communicator in both languages, and already familiar with eCommerce customer support workflows.
