Buscamos un/a Agente de Atención al Cliente para brindar soporte a nuestros inquilinos y propietarios, asegurando una comunicación eficiente y organizada. Funciones Atención al cliente a través de WhatsApp, email y llamadas. Gestión de consultas, resolución de incidencias y seguimiento de solicitudes. Registro y organización de la información de los inquilinos. Redacción y envío de contratos, así como intercambio de correos administrativos. Requisitos Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y redacción. Nivel alto de inglés (obligatorio) para interacciones con inquilinos. Conocimientos básicos de Excel.
