Job description We are seeking a Sales Executive with proven experience in service sales, particularly in the commercial and residential cleaning sector. This individual will be responsible for generating and closing business opportunities through calls to leads from social media, as well as cold calling using a company-provided database. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English, with experience in both B2B and B2C sales, and the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages. Responsibilities: Make daily calls to leads generated by social media campaigns for the sale of commercial and residential cleaning services. Execute cold calling strategies from a company-provided database to identify and qualify new sales opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors. Maintain consistent follow-up on sales opportunities using CRM and client management tools. Close sales and meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Provide detailed reports of daily activities and results achieved. Participate in team meetings to share best practices and develop new sales tactics. Requirements: Experience in service sales, preferably in the commercial and residential cleaning sector. Proven ability to close sales and meet targets in both B2B and B2C environments. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience using CRM and other sales management tools. Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a high level of organization. Additional Requirements: Availability to work flexible hours as needed. Previous experience in B2B and B2C sales is essential. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
