Company 119 is seeking a sharp, data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead organic social programs for multiple B2B and B2C brands. You’ll collaborate with our team to turn client goals into quarterly strategies, build proactive content calendars, coordinate influencer partnerships, and deliver clear, actionable reporting that keeps content, community, and creative efforts aligned with broader campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy & Planning: - Translate client business objectives (e.g., drive foot traffic, boost brand awareness, grow followers) into channel-specific social strategies and KPI targets. - Build rolling 90-day content roadmaps aligned with identified key messaging and campaign objectives. - Conduct competitive audits, social listening, and audience insights analyses to inform creative direction and posting cadence. - Coach and guide internal teams on social tools, strategies, and techniques to strengthen campaign execution. Content & Creative: - Draft platform-ready briefs or sample posts that are authentic, on-brand, and varied (static posts, Reels/short-form video, Stories, polls, carousels, etc.). - Recommend creative refreshes when performance declines, leveraging UGC, employee-advocacy assets, or AI tools as needed. - Maintain an internal guide that outlines voice, hashtags, and post formats for consistent content creation. Community Management & Social Listening: - Develop response recommendations, including triage rules and escalation protocols for assigned SMEs. - Provide strategic recommendations and best practices for handling comments, messages, and brand mentions daily. Influencer & Advocacy: - Define and oversee influencer management processes, including vetting influencers, content workflows, influencer agreements, and campaign management. - Coordinate employee-advocacy initiatives to amplify priority content. Reporting & Optimization: - Build and interpret client-facing reporting (GA4, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.) that highlight KPIs and actionable insights. - Recommend tests, creative adjustments, or channel shifts based on performance data (e.g., CPM spikes, engagement dips). SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Required Experience: 3+ years developing organic social strategies across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Strong command of analytics and reporting dashboards, with the ability to translate metrics into actionable next steps. Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling instincts. Comfortable presenting strategic recommendations clearly and concisely in both written and verbal communication. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, remote, independent-contractor environment. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience creating and managing paid social media campaign strategies. Proficiency in creating and managing content for TikTok, X, and/or Threads for multiple brands. Strong knowledge of B2B or industrial/commercial-contracting verticals. Experience with influencer marketing coordination (micro through celebrity tiers). Familiarity with employee-advocacy platforms (Octopost, Sprout Employee Advocacy, etc.). Proficiency with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace. Bonus Skills: Light design skills (Canva, Adobe Express) or video-editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Rush). Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) and AI-powered social tools.
