## OVERVIEW Looking for a designer with experience and interest in A/B testing. You should have UX expertise with visual design skills. You’ll help us improve our B2B finance platform's conversion rates through effective landing pages, calculators, graphics and page templates. We run on a Wordpress platform. ## ABOUT AXIAL Axial operates an internet marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of small to medium sized businesses. Our mission is to unleash the potential of private capital markets for the benefit of all entrepreneurs. Our pioneering digital transaction marketplace radically improves the speed, confidentiality and success rates of small business M&A transactions. In 2024, over [10,000] private companies pursued M&A via the platform, leading to over [400,000] connections and [$750M] of closed deal volume. ## MUST HAVES: - Proven track record of data-driven design decisions. You enjoy creating A/B designs to drive conversion - Figma experience. - Experience designing for mobile devices/responsive design - Interactive experience (calculators, assessment tools that capture leads) - Strong UX design capabilities - Graphic design skills - B2B design portfolio (financial services experience a plus) - Ability to create designs that can be handed off to developers - Data-visualization skills (making complex financial concepts intuitive) ## Nice to Haves: - HTML / CSS - Wordpress - Elementor -Experience using a Figma design system/library a nice to have. ## DELIVERABLES: - Landing page templates optimized for both buyer and seller acquisition - First project: Redesign of lead-generation landing pages to improve conversion rates - Major project: Industry-specific landing pages displaying deal data to convert owners and investors - Supporting graphics for content marketing
