UI/UX Work for Existing Mobile Game

We are working on a "player progression system" for our suite of existing mobile card games. Players will earn "XP" by playing, and will level up within the games as they do so. This project is to design a number of UI elements that will be necessary for implementing this project. Attached is a 4-page design document laying out what we are looking for. We have a large user-base and need a designer who can communicate well and be flexible in working with lots of constraints. Follow-up projects are likely in the future.
