Fix Multiplayer on Node.JS Game


I have a multiplayer turn based game that needs help fixing the multiplayer system. The main issue with multiplayer is that games often fail to sync properly between players. Sometimes players can’t connect using the shared code, roles like Player 1 or Player 2 get misassigned, or bots aren’t correctly replaced when humans join. Even when players do connect, turn order can get out of sync, or actions taken by one player don’t reliably show up for others. These problems break the flow of the game and make it difficult to complete a match smoothly. The core of the issue seems to be unreliable player connection handling, inconsistent game state updates, and errors during game session setup and synchronization.
