Looking for a freelancer who can help me grow our recruiting business by generating new client meetings through targeted lead generation and outreach. The main goal is to deliver qualified meetings. You will: • Identify potential clients aligned with recruiting services (tech, software, startups, security) • Build targeted prospect lists (company, hiring manager contact info). • Create engaging, personalized email/LinkedIn outreach messages. • Manage outreach campaigns (email/LinkedIn, cold calling). • Schedule qualified meetings directly for me. I provide: • A dedicated company email address • Notion-based CRM for tracking leads • Templates and guidelines for messaging (with room for your creative input) Tools & resources: Ideally, you’ll have your own lead generation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, etc.). I’m open to discussion if tools are required. Compensation: • $500/month initial (trial) • Attractive commission paid per candidate placed (10% of placement fee, paid once placement fee invoice is settled) Hours: Flexible, part-time, month-to-month initially with potential for long-term engagement. Ideal candidate: Experienced in B2B lead generation, confident in cold outreach, comfortable with email/LinkedIn prospecting, good English communication, reliable, and organized.
