Social Media Manager (Growth-Focused | Content-Driven) Live Your Truth Media Are you a creative, data-obsessed marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, content automation, and growth strategy? We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our powerhouse team at Live Your Truth Media — the content agency behind 7- and 8-figure personal brands and top-ranking podcasts. This role isn’t about posting fluff — it’s about building movements. What You’ll Do: • Own and manage all content syndication for long-form and short-form content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Oversee the social media workflow using Asana, Google Drive, and our in-house SOPs. • Write scroll-stopping captions that convert scrollers into subscribers, leads, and customers. • Optimize YouTube uploads and Shorts for SEO, watch time, and CTR using our in-house YouTube growth frameworks. • Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure brand-aligned, conversion-driven content. • Track performance metrics and suggest data-backed improvements for growth. You Are: • A bad ass marketer and strategist with a proven record of growing personal brands, podcasts, or media agencies. • Obsessed with conversion and performance — you know how to turn insights into action. • A natural storyteller who knows how to write captions that drive emotion, conversation, and action. • Comfortable navigating YouTube Studio, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn scheduling tools, and basic analytics dashboards. • Bonus: You can do basic photo/video edits to enhance a post on the fly (Canva, CapCut, etc.). Minimum Requirements: • 3+ years managing social media for a high-growth media agency, podcast, or personal brand. • Proven results growing channels organically and/or with paid amplification. • You’ve managed content calendars, marketing assets, and team communication in tools like Asana or Trello. • You understand how content supports revenue and audience building — not just likes and comments. Even Better If You: • Have experience growing YouTube channels, podcasts, or email lists using organic and paid content. • Understand content repurposing systems and are familiar with tools like Descript, HighLevel, or ConvertKit. • Have worked in the personal growth, entrepreneurship, or coaching industries.
