We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to handle our consumer and B2B relationships in the specialty food market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order processing, promotional outreach, and issue resolution. Your role will also involve collecting market feedback to ensure our services align with client needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively are essential, including white glove handling of our VIP's. Using your in-depth product knowledge, cross-selling and upselling will be an important part of this role. Experience with Amazon case management a plus.
