Working with national writers from the leading famous fashion magazines. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and KPI-driven Social Media Manager with a strong background in Instagram and TikTok strategy to grow our online presence from zero to 10K followers in the first month. The ideal candidate has experience crafting engaging visual content, driving organic growth, and implementing successful brand partnerships and influencer collaborations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic social media content calendar for Instagram and TikTok. Create daily posts, reels, and TikTok videos that align with our brand voice and engage our target audience. Implement weekly brand giveaways, UGC (user-generated content) repost strategies, and feature contests to increase engagement. Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics using Hootsuite and platform analytics to maximize growth. Engage with fashion, beauty, and influencer accounts through strategic commenting and DMs to increase visibility. Collaborate with micro-influencers and potential brand partners for cross-promotion. Stay ahead of trends by monitoring Elle, Glamour, and similar industry leaders to adopt viral content strategies. Coordinate with the editorial team to ensure seamless integration of social media content and magazine features. Qualifications: Proven experience in growing Instagram and TikTok accounts from scratch, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Deep understanding of fashion, beauty, and influencer culture, especially targeting a millennial and Gen Z audience. Proficiency in Hootsuite, analytics tools, and social media scheduling platforms. Strong communication skills for outreach, partnership building, and community management. Creative eye for aesthetics, design, and video editing. Ability to adapt quickly to trends and execute data-driven decisions. Experience with luxury and affordable fashion brands preferred. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
