We are seeking an experienced On-Site Data & AI Systems Specialist to enhance our data management and AI implementation strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to analyze existing systems, recommend improvements, and ensure smooth integration of AI technologies. What You’ll Do: Conduct deep analysis across all departments (marketing, sales, support, ops, etc.) Monitor all daily activities and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities Build models and systems that improve workflows, decision-making, and performance Absorb data from any available source (CRM, analytics tools, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.) Recommend and implement strategies to extract maximum value from this data Set up and manage ChatGPT Team across our organization, tailored to each role Implement systems to scrape data history, monitor team performance, and flag insights Assist in building a live chat system with a powerful, AI-enhanced support assistant Work closely with leadership to support innovation and system optimization Ideal Candidate: Lives near or is willing to commute to Huntington Beach, CA Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, automation, and process mapping Strong technical skills (Python, Zapier, APIs, Excel/Sheets, GPT tools, scraping tools, etc.) Familiarity with AI systems like ChatGPT, and experience configuring them for teams Obsessed with efficiency and loves uncovering insights others miss Able to communicate clearly and collaborate across departments Entrepreneurial attitude – you don't just take instructions, you find better ways
