Canva Document Design for Patient Consults
I'm looking for a skilled Canva designer to create a document for patient consultations based on our specifications. The document will be a single page with a front and back. The front will need to include: - Our logo - A blank space for us to write in a list of the patient's concerns - A section to add factors for consideration (HSV, PIH protocol, timeline, budget, other) - Ample room to attach 4x3 labels summarizing treatments discussed during the consultation (we typically attach 2-5 labels) The back of the document will contain: - A skincare recommendation section that is broken down into AM products, PM products, and other - A summary of the provider-recommended treatment plan It would be helpful if the design allows for easy editing in the future to accommodate changes ...
