We are looking for someone to become a member of our team, committed to growing with the company. I want someone who can bring their own ideas to the table and be a sounding board for my ideas. The ideal person is someone who can see details and fine tune processes that move us forward toward the big vision I see for this company. We are a spiritually based business coaching company in the midst of exponential growth. We are planning to double in coaching capacity this year. For this to happen, all facets of the business, including social media will be in expansion mode. We need someone that has the skill and the ability to manage my business’s different social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You must be up to date on current management strategy and willing to invest time in staying up to date on the shifting social media landscape. Tasks: *Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals. * Create engaging content for all social media (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) based on email/blog posts created by Julie. 1-3 posts daily, 5 days a week depending on our current promotional needs. This includes long form posts, quotes, engaging questions, fill in the blank and promotions. *Manage Instagram and Facebook (personal and group feed) and LinkedIn account & content calendar. *Post daily, sometimes more than once a day to Facebook feed, Facebook group, Instagram, other social media sites should we choose to add more. *Post twice monthly blog post to LinkedIn, other sites we choose (like Medium, Substack) *Engage with the audience and build an engaging community. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Inform Julie if a personal response from her is necessary. Help out people and engage with active members of the community. Grow both Instagram and Facebook group. *Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures etc., Instagram grid) *Work with other branches of marketing (for example; my Podcast) to integrate social media with all marketing. *Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competition *Design and manage effective ad strategies for Facebook and Instagram. *Drive traffic to sales calls It is preferred that you have: Proven work experience as a Social media specialist Excellent English Excellent verbal and written communication skills and habits Excellent work ethic – able to track your work assignments and complete in a timely manner without continuous reminding.
