We are looking for a dedicated Onsite Production Assistant to support our promotional activation at Ma O'Briens, in conjunction with the launch of an exciting new TV series and the March Madness events. The ideal candidate will assist in setting up and managing promotional activities, ensuring hired actor and brand ambassador staffers are briefed / that everything runs smoothly, and engaging with attendees. A passion for events and marketing is essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event production, with a lead event production manager onsite to oversee! Location: Ma O'Briens, 5734 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60646 Dates and Times: Saturday, March 29: 10 am - 7 pm Sunday, March 30: 10 am - 7 pm Duties include: work with onsite lead event manager to ensuring custom items are displayed (menus, cocktail napkins, signage, etc.), bar staff are briefed on event details, giveaways are sorted (fake money added to money clips), ensure hired staff arrives, game activation is up and running.
