The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the entire design process from: defining requirements, to visualizing concepts, and creating graphics. FinTech company is looking for an Upworker who can help shape the visual aspects of our websites, emails, print materials, advertisements, and more. You will: - Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Product Design to build brand element designs for print, digital web, and social platforms. - Meet with internal clients (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Product teams) to discuss and interpret their needs into a final visual product. - Use multiple platforms to complete your work, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch, etc. - Create original illustrations and visual concepts You are - Obsessed with finding the best visual approach to communicating an idea. - Excellent at communicating with your team members and internal stakeholders. - Interested and invested in the ideas others are trying to bring to life. - Collaborative and thrive in a team-focused environment and can adapt to the task at hand. - Organized and have excellent deadline management skills. You have 3+ years of work experience in graphic design, illustration, visual design, and related fields. Experience in a fast-growing startup environment with a history of working with multiple teams across the organization. Strong examples and a portfolio that showcases your skills. Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, InDesign Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Illustrator.
