YouTube Thumbnail Designer with Psychology and Engagement Expertise

I’m looking for a talented designer to create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and views. Beyond strong graphic design skills, I need someone who understands the psychology of why thumbnails perform—things like color theory, emotional triggers, and audience behavior. You should know what makes viewers stop scrolling and click, ideally with experience in YouTube thumbnail design. Please share examples of past thumbnails you’ve designed and explain why they worked. Rate: - $25 per thumbnail (or $75 if exceeds expectations) - Estimated time per thumbnail (10-60 mins) Other expectations: - Can produce 14 thumbnails weekly with a turnaround rate of 2 days - Efficient communication Perks: - Triple bonus for videos that perform good (will explain criteria further in the interview process) - Large flexibility in schedule (thumbnails can be given in weeks in advance allowing the designer flexibility in their schedule)
