Scope of work includes: designing a visually engaging, professional website with an intuitive user experience; maintaining SEO rankings by preserving URL structures, optimizing metadata, and ensuring proper indexing; setting up effective lead capture forms that integrate with a CRM; optimizing the site for speed and mobile responsiveness. Ideal candidates should have experience designing websites for local service businesses (preferably in youth education, fitness, or performing arts), strong web design skills with an eye for clean, modern, and functional layouts, SEO knowledge to ensure site performance is not negatively impacted, familiarity with lead capture and CRM integration (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar), and the ability to recommend the best platform based on our business needs.
